SALES MANAGER - REGIONAL
Do you want to be associated with a world leader organization who are pioneers in manufacturing & selling top-quality products for customers in the building & construction, mining and energy industry.
As a member of the sales team, you will guide us with your expertise and creative approach to application-oriented product innovations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide team leadership responsibilities for related sales through the formulation and execution of proposal strategies that capitalize to the organization’s advantage
• Develop marketing strategies, territory management and collaborate across functional stakeholders
• Coach and develop sales members and build a high performing team. This includes analyzing teams’ progressive attainment; setting targets; develop ongoing initiatives; conduct periodic performance reviews of sales team members.
• Monitor economic, market trends and conditions as they affect the company
• Develops strategies to take full advantage of any changing circumstances.
BACKGROUND:

PRE-REQUISITES:
• MBAs or Master Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Engineering preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ of experience in sales management
• Proven sales achievement track and targets achieved
• International / regional exposure or possess experience working with multi-national companies.
• Applicants from construction related business will have an advantage.
• Possess leadership skills, ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders
• Creative thinking with a "can-do" attitude
• Candidate has to be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
