Olive oil from Lucca is world-renowned and each November the olive harvest is a family tradition that has been going on for centuries. Each owner will own a proportionate share of the olive trees and the delicious olive oil they yield. One of your greatest pleasures will be to draw off some of your own oil into decorative bottles, and using your own creative personal label, share this new oil with family and friends over the holidays.

Your apartment is yours to use for as many weeks during the year as you like. When you are not in residence we take full responsibility to rent your apartment by the week, providing you with a healthy stream of rental income. Given an agreed number of rental weeks to work with, we can guarantee you an annual rental income that will offset any mortgage payments on your unit, giving you a Tuscan living experience that is cash neutral to you. The Location

1.5km from Collodi (birthplace of the writer of Pinocchio, and home to the Parco di Pinoccho theme park) and 1.5km from San Gennaro, both of which have shops and restaurants.

In one of the most popular areas in Tuscany. Situated between Pisa and Florence in Northern Tuscany, the property is only eight miles (12km) from the historic city of Lucca, famous for its flat, pedestrian-friendly, cobblestone streets and its magnificent thirty meter wide Renaissance wall surrounding the entire city. Taking part in the evening walk, la passagiata, on the tree-lined wall with dozens of other walkers and bikers is one of life's little pleasures in Lucca. Lucca is big enough to offer opera and world famous artists at its Summer Music Festival, first-rate shopping, and fine restaurants and small enough that you can traverse by foot in twenty minutes.

You will be perfectly situated for easy access from either Pisa International Airport or Florence International Airport - each just 45 minutes from your door. Less than one hour away you will find the Ligurian Sea and the famous walks in the Cinque Terra and the beaches of Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio and Torre del Lago, the home and final resting place of Lucca's most famous citizen, Giacomo Puccini. The world famous Puccini Festival takes place every summer on the shores of Torre del Lago at their beautiful outdoor amphitheatre. In less than two hours, you can visit beautiful Siena, San Gimignano, the vineyards of Chianti, and the famous Garfagnana region, home of the beautiful forested National Parks of the Apuane and Appennine mountain ranges.
