Situated in this family orientated resort, this 2 bedroomed cottage in Agios Stefanos is perfect for a holiday escape. It has excellent sea views and is just a short walk down to the beach, tavernas and bars.

Built in 1980, it may require some updating inside, although the kitchen is new with new appliances and some other work has been done.

The entrance leads into a hallway which has some storage cupboards. The kitchen is off to the left and then straight through into the sitting room. The kitchen and sitting room are currently separate rooms, but this could be made an open plan area if preferred.

The bathroom and one double bedroom are off to the right. The second, larger bedroom is to the left hand side of the sitting room.

The two bedrooms and sitting room all have sea views with french windows opening out onto a balcony. Steps lead down to a small garden area which also has access down a path to the side of the property.

With a small amount of work, it could just be used as it is or be given a complete facelift depending on what final result you are looking for. A great little holiday home.
