Living Area

The spacious living area is modern, bright and comfortably furnished with a large cream corner sofa, a dining table and chairs for four people, as well as a side cabinet with three lamps. After a long day you can stretch out on the sofa and relax in front of the TV with a DVD.

There are double doors leading onto the sunny balcony with a table and chairs for two and a single sun lounger for re-energising.

Kitchen

The beautiful cream kitchen has been designed by Arthur Bonnet Kitchens in Antibes. Open plan to the living area, it makes preparing a nice meal a pleasurable and sociable experience.

With lots of workspace to prepare the food including a marble work island/breakfast area with three stools, you'll be able to get creative and encourage everyone to lend a helping hand. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, lots of storage space and plenty of utensils.

Bedrooms

Both of the bedrooms are similar in size. The sunny main bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, and large built-in wardrobe to make you feel right at home. There is a Juliet balcony that looks over the beautiful gardens and lets in plenty of natural light.

The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside table with reading lamp and built-in wardrobe space. Both bedrooms have double glazed windows and electric blackout shutters to keep the Riviera sunshine at bay while you have a good lie-in.

Bathroom

The bathroom is fully tiled and comes complete with a shower, toilet, wash basin with a vanity unit and a large mirror, and a heated towel rail.

There is also a second toilet near to the entrance of the apartment.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
