Renovated in 2013 this one bedroom apartment is excellently situated just off the beautiful Place Garibaldi, and resting between the Old Town and the Port area. Perfect for a couple looking for a quieter base but still on the threshold of the Old Town buzz. Modern in design, it also comes complete with pretty views over the rooftops and hills of Nice.

Living Area

The living area is bright and spacious with splashes of colour in the form of artwork and soft furnishings to give it an extra summer zesty feel. It has a three seater sofa and an individual armchair, so plenty of space should you wish to invite friends over. For dining there is a dining table and four chairs, placed by the window so you can enjoy the pretty views of the hills.

Make the most of the Wi-Fi for work or play, in addition, there is a TV and DVD player so you can enjoy movies and a relaxing evening in if you're feeling tired after a long day off exploring.

Kitchen

The galley kitchen is just off the living area and comes equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, induction hob and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Bedrooms

The bedroom has a double bed and two bedside tables with reading lamps. It benefits from a large glass panel which gives a spacious feel and opens up the apartment. You will find wardrobe space in the living room area.

We are afraid you will struggle to put a baby cot in the bedroom, although the living room has space.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin which rests on a two drawer storage, overhead mirror and toilet.
