Senior Contract Manager/Procurement

Our client is an international consultancy for the construction industry working on property, infrastructure, and natural deposits. This company is rapidly expanding in Asia with over 3000 employees and many ongoing projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing advise for clients’ projects such as procurement strategies
• Forming contracts and developing commercial used structures
• Analyzing and selecting suitable suppliers
• Strategic contract arbitration
• Monitor and strategically manage supply chain

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or related discipline
• Professional qualification of RICS, HKIS, CISP or related qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field
• Project management skills in civil engineering & infrastructure
• Superb communication skill & strategic arbitration
• Fluent in English & Cantonese
