SENIOR E&M ENGINEER *** Hong Kong

Our client is currently seeking high caliber candidates to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead a technical team of site coordinators, fitters and technicians to manage supply, installation and maintenance jobs
• Monitor project progress and ensure service quality, on-time delivery and professional after-sales service.
• Provide engineering input to tenders for projects as well as technical solutions to electrical services problems and plumbing and drainage elements of the projects.
• Responsible for project coordination and management, site monitoring and all engineering matters in the project.
• Drive for continuous improvement in relation to cost, quality and service.
• Handle customers' enquiries and complaints.
• Undertake all ad hoc projects assigned by top management.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Building Services or E&M discipline
• Membership of relevant professional institutions is preferable
• Minimum 8 years' E&M Design and Construction management working experience
• Working experience for PRC projects is required
• Sound experience for tendering work on building services system is essential
• Fluency in Putonghua, Cantonese and English
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently
