JOB TITLE
Senior Portfolio Manager
Our client, a commercial real estate services company, seeks experienced Senior Portfolio Mangers for their operations here in Hong Kong. Candidates will provide account management services to their clients and will develop business plans for those clients.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
• Do you have experience working with major MNC clients?
• Do you have management experience?
• Can you speak and write in English and Cantonese?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The succesfull candidate will be responsbile for the following:
• Provideing account management services to clients
• Administration of client’s property portfolios
• Development of business plans in respect of each client
• To identify potential opportunities and obtain insructions for the provision of additional services to existing clients
• Developing relationships and preent proposals to real estate service companies

REQUIREMENTS
• Must hold a degree in a property/ real estate related field
• Commercial Real Estate experience required
• Must possess good English and Cantonese communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships and strategic plans for those clients
• You will be able to demonstrate examples of team leadership and mentoring
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a self-motivated, innovative, mature, result-orientated attitude and ability to work independently.
