Senior Project Manager

This company is a well known luxurious fit-out contractor which is currently focusing in the Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China projects. The majority of their projects fall in corporate office, financial institutions, residential, hospitality, and commercial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of projects in terms of time, quality & cost
• Pursuit of new projects through marketing, networking & tendering
• Oversees and control the financial & contractual needs of projects
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors
• Site supervision & coordination
• Make certain that all construction activities are meeting the statutory requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Building/Construction or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in fitting-out/retail projects
• Quantity surveying and contract administration experiencepat is preferable
• Fluent in English
