SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (Macau/HK)

Our client is an International Fitting Out company who is urgently finding SQS talents to join their team. They are looking for serious individuals who can help facilitate the movements of their projects specifically in the retail sector.

The client has a wide variety of project portfolio in the hospitality, office, and retail industry.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years or more experience in relevant field
• Must have fitting out experience
• Liaising with clients and key stakeholders
• Solid experience in subletting, variation orders, measurement, payments, final accounts, estimating, and cost control
• Skilled in MS Office
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
