SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – Main Contractor (Civil)

Our client is a highly established International Main Contractor that is focused in civil works with the MTR. They are looking to expand their team due to cope with the advancement of the company’s projects. You will be involved in simultaneous, groundbreaking construction projects in Hong Kong.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years or more experience in civil projects
• Responsible for preparing tendering documents and bill of quantity
• Maximizing value recovering, implement cost control, and cash management
• Feasibility reports through to Final Accounts
• Compile financial reports and documents and agree Final Accounts
• Process and resolve contractual claims
• Manage Subcontract Order Documentation and Accounts.
• Knowledge of contractual matters for contracts, post-contract administration, project cost control, disruption matters and budgetary forecast
• No Charterships are required to join
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
