JOB TITLE
SENIOR SALES MANAGER – DEVELOPER *** HONG KONG
HKD60 – 70K

To cope with our clients on-going business expansion, our client are currently seeking for high caliber professionals to fit the position of Senior Sales Manager to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate effective sales strategies for the company’s property portfolios
• Manage the execution and coordination of sale activities to achieve sales targets
• Design and monitor property market researches and give advise to the management on property sales trend and pricing strategies
• Work with other teammates to optimize sales generation and administer sales related documentations
• Establish effective measurement processes for tracking the overall results of sales campaigns
• Build and maintain good relations with property agencies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience in property sales field or related industry in property or real estate
• Holder of Estate Agent / Salesperson license would be an advantage
• Experience in leading a sizable sales team and key accounts is a definite advantage
• Sound knowledge in local property market
• Strong business acumen with good analytical thinking, creative and result-oriented and a drive to succeed
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in presentation and negotiation techniques
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
