Terrace which faces south east and provides sun until lunchtime, sea views, community garden and pool views. The apartment also has 2 smaller balconies from both bedrooms which are west facing.

NO WASHING MACHINE IN APARTMENT. There is a community washing area.

Sleeps 4 people.

The complex has tennis courts, paddle courts, sauna, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar (La Pesquera only in summer period), children's area and three pools, one of them is outdoor heated and another one for children.
