JOB TITLE
SITE AGENT – A&A WORKS (BUILD) *** Hong Kong

A well-established engineering company specializing in foundation works in Hong Kong.

They are urgently seeking experienced professionals to fit the role of a Site Agent to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the coordination and overall supervision of the team on site operations
• Ensure that project runs to schedule and budget
• Conduct daily inspections on site and ensure the health and safety of the team
• Handle all aspects of the site including the delivery of materials, planning work and manage sub-contractors
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors and government authorities
• Ensure that all construction works are being met in accordance with projects specification

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 7-8 years relevant work experience
• Experience in A&A works would be preferred
• Good technical and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
