JOB TITLE
SITE AGENT *** Hong Kong

Our Client is a global enterprise engaged in large infrastructure construction projects and investment business.

They are urgently seeking experienced professionals to fit the role of a Site Agent to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle the coordination and overall supervision of the team on site operations
• Ensure that project runs to schedule and budget
• Conduct daily inspections on site and ensure the health and safety of the team
• Handle all aspects of the site including the delivery of materials, planning work and manage sub-contractors
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors and government authorities
• Ensure that all construction works are being met in accordance with projects specification

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• MUST be a Chartered Engineer (HKIE/MICE)
• Degree in Engineering or other relevant Construction qualification
• Minimum 12 years post chartered experience
• Experience in Road and Drainage works preferred
• Good technical and communication skills (verbal and written)
