JOB TITLE

SITE AGENT ** HONG KONG **

CLIENT BACKGROUND

An International Main Contractor, they are one of the market leaders in Construction in Asia. Knowing to be one of the largest state-owned companies in China. They are currently working on one of the biggest project in Hong Kong that any passionate construction orientated individual would be proud to be part of.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle the coordination and overall supervision of the team on site operations
Ensure that project runs to schedule and budget
Conduct daily inspections on site and ensure the health and safety of the team
Handle all aspects of the site including the delivery of materials, planning work and manage sub-contractors
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors and government authorities
Ensure that all construction works are being met in accordance with projects specification

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree in Engineering or other relevant Construction qualification
MUST have at least 10 years experience in Civil/Structural projects
MUST be Chartered (HKIE/MICE)
Highly motivated, and a team player
Good technical and communication skills (verbal and written)
