Opis:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to Senior Management
• Preparing project cost estimates and materials for Senior Manager
• Preparation of contracts and specifications, submissions for engineering and construction services
• Reporting investigations, Monitoring and supervising workers on-site
• Assist and coordinate the project to ensure completion is on schedule
• Liaising with Architects, Planners and Consultants
•Monitoring quality control and assurance programs for project

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering Construction or related
• Min 3 years work experience
• Must have TTA experience, WSD/DSD Government project experience will have an advantage
• Good people skills to lead and manage team
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and conduct work efficiently & effectively
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
