Haad Tien, a small beach with only one hotel, lies on the northwest of the island. The surrounding beaches, Haad Salad and Haad Yao are bigger tourist destinations, providing easy access to services while maintaining the peaceful nature of the beach.

The land consists of two hills with a valley in between. In one side, several plots have already been sold and at the moment, wonderful sea view villas are being built on this property.

While the side of the valley can be subdivided into several smaller plots for private purposes, there are plans to develop a larger project on the other side, e.g. an upscale apartment complex for long-stay residents. Remarkably, the valley is an ideal shape for a golf course!

Electricity and government water are already supplied.
