This property is situated in the area's most renowned, Sant Berger, it offers fabulous views of the sea and Barcelona. The house has a very comfortable and practical layout. When we enter, we find the dining room with fireplace leading to the terrace and garden with pool. It also has a summer dining room connected to the large kitchen where the sun shines illuminating the whole room. This floor also have a guest bathroom. On the first floor we have a fabulous suite with dressing room and a large bathroom. From the suite we have fabulous sea views and two terraces, one with sea views and the other overlooking the mountain. We have two rooms sharing a bathroom. The second floor is the jewel of this house with a large multipurpose room currently divided into two areas and also has a bathroom.
