JOB TITLE
STRUCTURAL / FAÇADE ENGINEER - ***Hong Kong

Our client is a leading consultancy group specializing in façade and building maintenance with offices in Hong Kong, PRC, Middle East, Australia and Europe. As their Hong Kong office continues to grow, undertaking new projects with some of Asia’s most prestigious and well respected architecture firms and clients.

They are currently seeking an experienced Structural / Façade Engineer to join their Hong Kong team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for the conceptual designs for façade, steel and RC structures.
• Coordinate drawings and plans and checking structural calculations
• Liaise with Architects, Structural Engineers and Main Contractors
• Ensure designs are to Clients requirements and meet safety and construction standards
• Coordinate and monitor the progress and quality of works.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years in engineering / construction industry.
• Knowledgeable in softwares ACAD, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin is an advantage.
• Exp. in Structural engineering software packages
• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis Software (Strand 7, SAP2000 etc.)
• Knowledge of 3D Design softwares Rhino, CATIA and 3D geometrical analysis softwares, Grasshopper, Excel would be an advantage
• Photoshop, InDesign skills an advantage
