This stunning property is within walking distance to the local shops, bars and many fish restaurants . Every Thursday there is a fantastic market where you can purchase fresh vegetables and spices . There is a sandy beach within walking distance or if you hire a car or catch a local dolmus (bus) you can travel to a larger sandy beach. Gumusluk is a fabulous fishing village to visit with restaurants set on the beaches. The villa is very well equipped including DVDS books and games flat screen TV to relax in the lounge if the heat gets to much. The TV is only for watching DVDs no TV channels are available. Docking station for your own ipod iphone is available. Mosquito screens installed to all bedrooms and lounge area. There are 3 bedrooms - the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, king size bed, double wardrobe & dressing table.It also boasts a patio veranda with sitting area to watch the wonderful sun sets. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and views over the pool. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and views over the pool. All the rooms have air-con. The kitchen is equipped to the highest of standards , it offers a dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice maker, washing machine,coffee maker, fresh juice squeezer and toaster. All utensils to make your own meal or BBQ are provided. There is a large open plan living room/ dining room.From the lounge, there are patio doors that lead onto a patio area. The villa is furnished to a very high standard of fixtures and fittings.The dining room table seats six people. There are Games books and DVDs available. Outside are three terrace areas with patio table and chairs and a BBQ.It has a roof terrace with large bean bags to relax and watch the sun set. The roof terrace has sun loungers to sun bathe on the private terrace.Towels are provided but please take your own beach towels. The villa will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Linen all supplied. Mosquito plugs provided in the villa please take your own mosquito tablets for the adaptors. The nearest town and restaurants are within a walking distance of approximately eight minutes walk on a flat road. For those hiring aa car there is secure car parking by the villa. The villa is set back from the pool enabling a quiet and relaxing holiday. The pool opens May to November. The villa is set amongst beautiful gardens with fruit trees surrounding the area.The local beach is within 10 minutes walk where you will find some bars and restaurants .. Within 30 minutes drive is a large sandy beach called Kari (Camel Beach). Sports available on site also toilets, bars and restaurants.Local shops are within walking distance of villa Poppy, these include banks, bars and restaurants. A supermarket is within a short drive or taxi ride at a reasonable cost. A new marina is about 20 minutes walk away with designer shops and restaurants the newly built theatre has outside live shows and bands. A superb choice of property.!
