This stunning and modern villa lies on the lower parts of the hill near Meanam, overlooking the thai golf and Koh Panang. The villa is situated in a green palm garden with orchids, banana palms, coconut palms, pineapples, limes, lemongrass and bougainvillea etc. The villa will be cleaned twice a week and comes with linen. Pick up from the airport or the harbour can be arranged. . The house is a 10 minutes walk from a quiet sandy beach with a number of thai restaurants. There are 3 bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with a double bedroom, Chinese cupboard, bamboo chair and a cloth cupboard. Bedroom 2 with a double bed, a study area and a clothes cupboard and Bedroom 3 with a double bed and a bamboo chair and clothes cupboard. All bedrooms air-conditioned and all have en-suite bathrooms. There is a modern kitchen, with American fridge, freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine, fruit blender and a breakfast table with terrace. The washing machine is in a separate space. The gorgeous living room has a large lounge area with flat screen and DVD and satellite TV. On the terrace near the living room is a marble table with pathon chairs. This terrace is overlooking the sea. The private garden is 1000 square metres, with a lot of palm trees, fruit trees and flowers. There are two balconies, a upper terrace with a dining table and 6 pathon chairs. On the shady terrace are two lounge seats and a table. On the sun-terrace there are 4 sun-loungers. The infinity -swimming pool is 3-6 metres and starts with a 0. 50 metre depth and at the end it is 2 metre depth. The nearest beach is 500 metres from the villa, it is a quiet beach with a few restaurants. The airport is 20 minutes from the villa. Nearby village Meanam is 10 minutes drive, nice original town "Fishermans Village" with all kind of restaurants and shops is a 20 minutes drive. Big Budha is a 30 minute drive. The Waterfalls with elephant tracking is 40 minutes drive. Chaweng the most touristic part of the island is a 30 minutes drive.
