There are 2 large master bedroom suites and 3 further suites, all double or twin and one wheelchair friendly. All have terraces and sea view. There are terracotta floors and beautiful local ceramic tiles throughout. Sky TV with UK terrestrial channels, DVD, wireless internet and Hifi. Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy white towels and bathrobes are provided.The 2 Master bedrooms have bath, separate shower, bidet & wc. 3rd bedroom on 1st floor has bath with shower, bidet & wc. Bedroom on ground floor has bath with shower, bidet & wc and other has wheelchair friendly shower & wc. 6th shower room in basement.Large living room tastefully decorated with 2 large comfortable sofas, TV, DVD, Sky, Wifi, hifi & bureau. All are decorated in cool cream and highlighted with Mediterranean colours which are echoed in the hand painted bathroom tiles. Master bedroom 1 is a mixture of turquoise and sea blue and by a flick of the electric shutters, you can enjoy a glorious view of the Rock of Gibraltar without moving from your bed. No doubt you will also enjoy the large walk in wardrobe, luxurious bathroom and vast terrace. Master bedroom 2 is equally beautiful and this time accented with cornflower blue and once again enjoys sea views through the large arched windows. This one probably has the prettiest bathroom and, like the others, offers spacious hand-carved wooden wardrobes, original paintings, and antique chests of drawers. Each bedroom is different - you will find it hard to choose between them! And all are air-conditioned. The exclusive kitchen offers 2 ovens, 5 ring gas hob, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks each with waste disposal, Amana fridge freezer with water/ice dispenser, second fridge, microwave, large pine table for 10, cafetieres etc. There is also a utility room that has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board & irons, sink, line. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

One of the ground floor bedrooms has a wide shower with shower seat and space to wheel a chair right up to it. There is a second ground floor bedroom with a bath next door to it. All ground floor is on one level.
