Spend lazy days or nights on the large terrace overlooking sunburnt rooftops, or grab a slice of the action downstairs.

Living Area

The classic living area has a two seater sofa as well as a chair. There is a 42 inch LCD TV and DVD player with a French cable package that includes Wi-Fi.

The open plan room has a set of patio doors leading directly onto the fabulous terrace. The terrace has a simple mosaic dining table at one end, and two deck chairs perfect for a sunny day at the other. Being at the back of the apartment, with no through street below, the terrace is relatively quiet in the evening, and a gentle buzz of activity and passing shoppers is all that can be heard from the pedestrianised area below.

Kitchen

The kitchen is quite small, but you will be able to rustle up simple meals. It is equipped with a two-ring ceramic hob and extractor, a fridge, a combination microwave oven, and kettle. There is also a fold-out dining table should you choose to eat inside.

Bedrooms

The bedroom, with its pretty terracotta tiles, houses a double bed from Habitat and fitted mirrored wardrobes. There are also bedside tables with lamps for reading.

Bathroom

The well-appointed modern bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower attachment as well as a wash basin, vanity unit and toilet. The bathroom is located off the open plan living area.
