The Grange Waitara

This lifestyle resort community is a strata village for people aged 55 and older. Its administration is regulated by the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996. The village was originally developed by Lend Lease but their involvement ceased in 1998 when ownership was transferred to the residents. Day to day management is carried on by the village manager and the office staff. The manager and staff are responsible to and employed by Australian Retirement Partners who are contracted to manager The Grange for the owners.

Located in Sydney's sought-after leafy North Shore, The Grange is surrounded by lush gardens.
