We are a group of young (late 20s and early 30s) and easygoing people looking for professional flatmate to occupy the common bedroom at Sunny Spring condo. The room is fully furnished with aircon, fan, double door wardrobe, study table and double bed. No owner. Cooking is allowed. Visitors are welcomed as well. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful, Geylang river is just in front of the condo. Less than 8mins walk to Paya Lebar MRT, and Dakota MRT. The bus stop which has the direct bus to CBD is right outside of the condo. Fairprice is 2mins walk away, other 2 major supermarkets (Cold Storage and Giant) are close by. Nearby has 2 big shopping malls - One KM, Paya Lebar Square. A lot of eateries available around the condo offering varieties of food. We want this to be a home, not just a rented house!
