Payment Options

The payment plan would be either a 5% discount on the price for full payment on contract. So £600 reservation fee then everything remaining on contract signing, which is usually around 30 days later.

If you wanted a payment plan then we could potentially do this up to 6 or 12 months, with 50% on contract and 50% in installments, however you would not take possession of the keys until all monies paid.
