Living Area

Bright and airy, the living area makes the most of the natural light by being completely open plan. There is a sitting area with a large sofa and separate armchair (these have replaced the corner sofa in the photo), coffee table and TV with some English news channels as well as a breakfast bar with four high stools should you wish to eat indoors.

From the living area, step straight out onto the terrace where you can enjoy a meal al fresco or unwind on one of the two sunloungers. A remotely operated sun canopy has been installed to provide guests with added shade on the terrace when needed.

Kitchen

Smart and modern in style, the kitchen is part of the living and dining area. Equipped with a fridge with separate freezer, four-ring hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, guests will have everything they need to prepare tempting breakfasts, lunches and dinners in this apartment.

The breakfast bar provides plenty of space for preparation and means other guests can sit and keep the chef company.

The washing machine is also located in the kitchen.

Bedrooms

The two bedrooms are located on different floors and conveniently have their own bathrooms.

The master bedroom with its King Size bed, has two bedside tables with reading lamps, a fitted double wardrobe and, best of all, direct access to the terrace.

The second bedroom is on the upper floor of the apartment and comes with two single beds, a bedside table, fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The skylights up here keep the room nice and sunny, but there are also black out blinds for those of you who enjoy a lie-in.

Bathroom

There are two bathrooms and both are contemporary in style and offer a washbasin with vanity unit, mirror and heated towel rail. The one on the main floor comes with a bath with shower attachment and the one on the upper floor offers a walk-in shower.
There is also a separate WC on the main floor of the apartment.
