This attractive 3 bedroom detached stone house requiring modernisation is on the edge of a picturesque riverside town.

House

Ground floor

The front door opens to the entrance hall (11m2) with tiled floor and exposed beam ceiling. To the left of the hall a door opens to the living room (22.5m2) with exposed beam ceiling.

To the right of the hall a door opens to a spacious kitchen (22m2) with tiled floor and exposed beam ceiling.

To the back of the hall a door opens to a corridor, off which are a shower room, a separate WC and access to two store rooms, one of which houses the central heating boiler.

First floor
