The Villa
This newly built, spacious villa overlooking the Turkish Riveria offering spectacular sea views comes complete with a self contained basement/studio apartment which sleeps 1/ 2 guests, with its own kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed .The villas three balconies face seaward with stunning views to the Greek island of Simi. The two shared pools are directly in front of the villa and children can be supervised while in the pool from the comfort and privacy of the villa balcony. Datca Situated between the well-known holiday centres Marmaris, Bodrum and the Greek islands of Rhodes and Kos, the Datca peninsula has retained its own charmingly original characteristics.The town is situated on the Datca peninsula which is surrounded on three sides by the sea. It is a town with typical architecture influenced from the Greeksand a peaceful atmosphere, where life centres around the harbour. Carpet shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars line the harbour side and each evening an assortment of gulets and yachts dro p anchor in this attractive setting. In the weekly bazaar (Saturdays) you can happily wave good-bye to your liras. There are also banks, pharmacies and doctors in the town. In Datca you dont need a car, (Dolmus or public minibuses seem to go everywhere) but it can add to the holiday allowing the freedom to explore, stopping as you wish. A drive through the peninsula with pine forests and roads zig zagging down to sea level will bring you to Knidos, on the tip of the peninsula, a site dating back to 400BC and most famed for its statue of Aphrodite. Datca (Cnidus) is an ideal place for active holiday-makers with a choice of water sports, including wind surfing, sailing and scuba diving to occupy most enthusiasts.There are numerous bays, some sandy, some pebbly but all with crystal clear water and many ideal for snorkelling. Local Area Off the main tourist routes Datca appears to be more like an oasis, a beautiful, quiet haven of peace and tranquillity. The pleasant climate of this idyllic Peninsula will fascinate you, the low humidity in conjunction with constant cooling sea breezes diminishes the effects of the intense heat.The varied nature and richness of the beautiful undiscovered parts of the Datca Peninsula will surprise those who enjoy exploring and hiking. Close by the beach in Datca-Centre is a freshwater spring, which is slightly warmer than the sea, the spring is also reputed for its natural healing powers. Several of the boats at Datca marina offer day-tours of the area. They basically take you out and let you jump in the water. Lunch is provided at one of the secluded villages along the coast. The boat excursion is a nice way to get out and only cost £10 per person for a full day trip. Knidos is located at around 30km from Datca at the end of the peninsula. The road goes through high mountains covered by beautiful forests, interrupted by small turquoise bays and finishes in Knidos.The nearest major town is Marmaris, a one hour drive through the mountains, the scenery is spectacular and at points you can see the sea on both sides of the peninsula. Bodrum is a ferry ride away and there is a daily ferry boat taking two hours.

A cleaning service can also be arranged upon request. There is access to an exterior shower beside the pool. The pool and exterior grounds are maintained by two full time caretakers. They are also available to carry out repairs within the villa if required.
