The L-shaped villa is designed in a contemporary tropical living style with private swimming pool in the center of beautiful courtyard and Northern Thai Pavilion.

The open plan living area has a Western-style, fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave and refrigerator and the dining area seats 4.
