Access to the annex can also be gained via a door and pathway from the summer kitchen of the main house.

The main house and annex both have mains water and electricity connected and have double glazed windows and doors, external shutters and inverter air conditioning units in all rooms with cool, heat and dehumidifying options. A solar panel also provides hot water to the main house. Telephone is also connected.
