Living Area

The living area has large glass patio doors meaning that guests can make the most of the fabulous views whether they are inside the apartment or outside on the terrace.

The relaxation area with two three-seater sofas, a TV with some English news channels, DVD player and iPod dock provides the ideal space to put your feet up after a long day out and about.

Perfectly placed next to the kitchen is a dining table which is large enough for six people. Just above are two low hanging spherical lampshades, adding a cosy atmosphere to this corner of the room.

The piece de resistance of this apartment has to be the 15 square metre terrace which is accessible from the both bedrooms and the living room. Furnished with stylish rattan furniture, the sofa, two armchairs and coffee table offer a great space to unwind and enjoy the long sunny days on the French Riviera.

Kitchen

The attractive kitchen is open plan to the living area. There is plenty of worktop space for preparing food and serving up dishes, and the numerous cupboards house all the crockery and utensils guests will need.

The full sized oven and three ring hob provide ample cooking options, and the fridge comes with a small freezer compartment. Guests will also be pleased to find that there is a washing machine, and clothes will dry quickly out on the terrace.

Bedrooms

The two bedrooms are similar in style and offer direct access via patio doors to the terrace. Decorated in neutral tones, they are delightfully quiet and both have electric shutters to keep the rooms as dark as you like in the morning.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, and a double wardrobe. Attractive decorative touches such as a white wicker chair and framed mirror make the room feel homely.

The second bedroom is similar in size to the main bedroom, and comes complete with a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a double wardrobe. There is also a well-placed mirror which catches the view hills behind Nice.
