We are pleased to offer the Via Guiglia to our guests who are looking for upmarket accommodation in the Musiciens area. The apartment has been beautifully and carefully renovated and we feel sure that even our most discerning guests will be impressed with the standard of what is on offer. It's a great choice for older families and couples alike.

Living Area

The living room enjoys a western aspect - perfect for the terrace leading from it. Here four people can sit and enjoy al fresco dining or drinks as well as lounging in the sun from midday onwards. Inside, there is elegant seating for 4 provided by a sofa and 2 easy chairs. There is a flat screen TV with DVD. Wi-Fi is also provided. The room is tastefully decorated with antique lighting bought locally. Electric blinds are provided for extra privacy if required.

Kitchen

The U-shaped kitchen is open plan to the dining and living area and is equipped with a four ring electric hob, integrated dishwasher, full sized fridge freezer, oven and a microwave.

There is a round wooden table and 4 chairs in the middle of the living area between the kitchen and lounge areas.

Bedrooms

Both well appointed bedrooms have en suite shower rooms. The first bedroom has a super king size bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is a spacious fitted wardrobe on the adjoining hallway for storage.

The second bedroom is fashioned and arranged in a similar style to the first and has a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom will fit a baby cot and can be hired from us upon checkout if you decide not to bring your own. Please see our packages for more information.

Bathroom

There are two perfectly formed ensuite shower rooms. Both are fully tiled with power showers, vanity units with wash basins and mirrors and a toilet.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for four guests and utilities.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
