Opis:

You will find this lovely 4 bedroom villa just between the small town and Nueva Andalucia. It is within walking distance to La Campana town, where you will find grocery stores and restaurants, and only a 5 minute drive to Puerto Banus and its sandy beaches.

As you walk through the entrance hall you will be lead straight into the living room, which has A/C, and if you continue on you can access the terrace, if you go to the right there is the fully equipped kitchen with large breakfast/eating area. Off to the left there is a guest bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with double bed. There is no A/C in this bedroom.

Downstairs you will find the master bedroom, which has a double bed and also an AC unit and ensuite bathroom with large 2 space shower, (washing machine and dryer) access out to the garden. There is also a 2 more guest bedrooms which do not have A/C unit share the one bathroom. Also access out to the garden and pool area.

Outside there is a Top terrace that has seating for 8 people. You can also park your car inside the gates but it is not covered.
