Opis:

Very modern and well furnished villa within 400 meters to the San Pedro beaches. Situated in the urbaniation of Cortijo Blanco it is with walking distance to the beach and Puerto Banus.

As you enter into the villa off to the right you will find the master bedroom with dressing area and ensuite bath and shower room. You can also direct access the small terrace.

Going slightly up the steps you will enter into the living and dining area
open kitchen which all have large ceiling to floor windows. from here you walk out onto the terrace hich is both east and south facing with eating area for 8 and relaxing/chilling sofa area.

Back down from the entrance half a flight of stairs, you have the TV area and 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and shower room and the other 2 with single bunk beds for children, both with ensuite shower. The last 2 with access out to the downstairs terrace and garden area. Also laundry room and guest toilet.

Outside provides you with large eating table for 8 people, swimming pool 5x10meters, BBq area with bar and outside kitchen.
