The property consists of:

Ground Floor: a fantastic veranda with huge glass walls which make the dining room very bright. The dining room is connected to the large living room with its typical Tuscan architecture with brick arches and a fireplace. A pleasant surprise is the kitchen which has been recently renovated in a more modern style.

On this floor there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom.

First Floor: On this floor there are five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a balcony.

In addition there is an apartment (ideal for staff) with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen with its own entrance.

Annex: Next to the farmhouse is an independent annex with kitchen, wood-burning oven and a dining table for 10 people. This annex has no bedrooms or bathrooms, it is purely for entertaining!

The interior design is rustic, comfortable and welcoming. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

There is Wi-Fi throughout the villa and garden.

The property is located near Chianni, a small village in the Pisan Chianti area, known for the traditional wild boar feast, in its 38th year.
Within easy reach is Volterra (a beautiful medieval village) and 'The Theatre of Silence' in Lajatico (a natural amphitheatrer carved into the beautiful hills of Lajatico) where every year Andrea Bocelli performs his word-famous concert, with many other artists.

Within about an hour are Castagneto Carducci (the childhood town of the famous Italian poet Giosue Carducci) and Bolgheri, which produces one of the best wines in the world, Sassicaia.

This town is, in fact, part of the Etruscan Coast Wine and Olive Oil Route, an area extending for over 150 kilometers along the Province of Livorno, including Elba Island, and consists of wine and olive oil producers.
For sea lovers, the nearest seaside resorts are Vada (33 km), Cecina (37 km), Castiglioncello (51 km) and Rosignano Marittimo (31 km) with its white sandy beaches.
For wellness lovers, we suggest to reach the nearby spas of Casciana Terme, whereas for sport lovers, in addition to trekking/biking trails and riding stables, there is a golf course just 15 km from the villa.
The famous Tuscan cities of art (Pisa, Florence, Siena, Lucca) are easily reachable by car.
