The shared grounds have a variety of shrubs and trees, beautiful swathes of Bougainvillea, Hibiscus, Lantano and Jasmine blossom, giving a wonderful blaze of colour and fragrance for most of the year.

The walk ways are lined with citrus groves of orange, lemon and mandarin trees. There are also grapevines, pomegranate, lotus fruit, kumquat trees and other varieties.

La Casita enjoys a shared swimming pool with tables and loungers.
There is also a smaller pool for children.

The site is level there being no steps to the accommodation, as is the 200mtr walk to the beach.
