The beach of Los Canos de Meca is literally just one step away so there is no excuse not to go for a wake-up swim before enjoying breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Costa de la Luz's golden beaches and the ocean! Sitting on a front line plot of 800 m2 the two storey house with a total built area of aproximately 300 m2 including the large and completely walled-in patio has four and a half bedrooms and two baths, a large living room with dining area and a small office corner, kitchen and terrace with unspoilt view to the beach and ocean on the ground floor.
On the upper floor is another large double bedroom with bath en-suite and a terrace. The house has been built some time ago and needs some - mainly cosmetic - work done.
It is only a few minutes walking to the village with shops, bars and restaurants. It is a surfer's paradise but only for surfers.....
