This Chianti farmhouse, dating back to the 15th century, sits in a historical estate surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods, in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany about 15km north east of Siena.

The type of construction is Tuscan style, restored with attention to detail and choosing top of the line finishing materials. The structure is in stone, clay and bricks, ceilings with chestnut wooden beams and brick, plaster, wooden windows with double glazing.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, chaise longue and desk on the ground floor. There is also a flat screen TV over the desk. The bathroom has a shower with a back massager, a bath tub with a Jacuzzi and 2 sinks. The toilet and bidet are in a separate space. This ground floor room opens onto the living room and outside porch on one wing of the house.

Upstairs, there is an oriental decorated bedroom with a queen size bed and bathtub with a hand shower. Across the small hall is a room with twin beds accompanied by a living room which opens onto a loggia with perfect vineyards as far as the eye can see, with 2 chaises longues to enjoy the view. The bathroom has a bath tub with hand held shower and a shower.

On the same floor but separated from these rooms, there is another large living room/bedroom with a two sink bathroom, bathtub and hand held shower with a toilet and bidet separated from it.

On the top floor the "colombaia" (dove tower) can accommodate two children or young adults and has a small bathroom. There is also a large flat screen TV equipped with a DVD player and the possibility to use a computer as it the whole house is fitted with wi-fi.

On the other side of the house on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen/dining area: a large Smeg fridge with ice maker, toaster, 5 burner stove, microwave, wood burning pizza oven plus a full range of cookbooks.

The library/dining room has two tables. Each table can seat up to eight people and can stretch up to twenty once they are both fully extended.

The garden is beautifully landscaped around the whole property which is fully fenced. There is a pergola covered with wisteria and roses and a corner with a covered outside living room porch with a spectacular view of the Tuscan countryside.
