This very modern and spacious villa is for those who are looking to be close to Puerto Banus. Staying here within a 15 minute walk you will arrive to the Famous Buddha beach and in 5 minutes more you are right in Puerto Banus. This fantastic villa is located in the urbanization of Altos del Rodeo and is very well communicated. There are restaurants close by and the nearest supermarket is 2 kim away.

The villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout. There is a very comfortable lounge area with a flat screen television that has a SKY package including movies and sports channels. There is also a dining area. If you are looking to relax outdoors there is a large terrace that has plenty of seating plus a dining area that can seat 10 comfortably.
The garden area is impressive with its beautiful plants and large swimming pool. If you are not up for walking down to the beach you can always enjoy the sunbed and the pool.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you would need if you decided to stay in and cook a meal. The villa has air conditioning in the main house and electric fans in the bedrooms. There is also a washing machine and clothes dryer. On this floor there is also a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with ensuite. The master bedroom has a super king bed and the other two bedrooms are a double and twin.
When going up to the very top level you will be able to enjoy a large terrace area with partial views to the sea. On the lower level you will find the fifth bedroom with a king size bed.
