Empuriabrava is a touristic community located on the coast of Girona and 155 km to the north from Barcelona along the coast in Costa Brava and one of the most important tourist destinations of northern Catalonia. The city is one of the largest marinas in the world. It has 23 kilometres of navigation canals known as “Spanish Venice”.The aerodrome at Girona is approximately 40 minutes drive.
What is more, Empuriabrava is well-known for its water and adventure sports, such as skydiving, kayaking, snorkeling and yachting. Due to the popularity of the area the whole residential neighbourhood is built around many kilometres of canal-like waterways close to some of the finest golden sandy beaches on the Iberian Peninsula.

This mediterranean style three-store villa has a total surface area of 270 m2. The construction was finished in 1991. Villa has a plot of 300m2.
On the first floor there is a spacious 49m2 living room with an access to the garden, 16m2 fully-equipped kitchen, one toilet.
The second floor includes one suit with private bathroom, two double bedrooms, one common bathroom.
The third floor consists of two suits with private bathrooms.
Parking for two cars and private mooring 14 x 6 meters are included.
