Living Area

Through the front door of the apartment you descend five steps to reach the living room that is joined to the terrace. High ceilings, marble flooring and traditional art deco cornicing frame this room which has been finished in subtle tones of white and grey.

There is a three seater dark brown leather sofa and two quilted light brown leather armchairs. There is also a varnished wood coffee table, glass book shelf, white cabinet and flat screen TV.

This room provides access to the spacious terrace with beautiful views onto the Promenade des Anglais. There is a table with chairs to seat four and a comfortable lounging outdoor sofa.

The dining room is on a slightly elevated level along with the rest of the apartment. There is a large glass dining table to seat six on white leather chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well kept and functional and has been finished with white cabinets and a marble worktop. There is a full size fridge freezer, four ring hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine and plenty of storage and preparation space.

Bedrooms

The two bedrooms are situated at the back of the property. Each come with air conditioning and their own ensuite bathroom.

The first bedroom holds a super king size bed with antique bedside tables with modern reading lamps either side. There is also a floral armchair, antique chest of drawers and fitted double wardrobe.

The second bedroom holds two single beds with bedside tables and reading lamps either side and a fitted wardrobe.

Bathroom

The first bathroom is an ensuite to the larger bedroom, it has been finished in grey marble and holds a bath, separate walk in shower, vanity unity with wash basin and mirror and a toilet.

The second bathroom has been finished in a similar style to the first and holds a walk-in shower, wash basin and mirror.

There is a separate second WC accessed from the hallway.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment in Nice are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels and utilities for four people.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.

A 5th guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. Please note that this requires an extra set of linen and towels to be ordered during the booking process.
