Sanlucar de Barrameda is most famous for its annual horse races on the hard sand of the wide beaches of the Guadalquivir river mouth and as a gate way to the Coto Donana, Spain's largest nature reserve.
The stables lie close to the town center on a flat plot of 5.000 m2. The stables were built in 1990 and there are 8 good size horse boxes grouped around a covered patio plus one box for foaling. Close by is a small barn of 50 m2 which occasionally is used for celebrations or other festivities but can also be used for storage.

The quaint house has a built area of 100 m2 and includes 3 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen and lounge. The house is entered passing a large covered terrace overlooking the professional riding arena. There is mains electricity and water. It is only a short distance to all shops, banks and restaurants and the beaches are just 4 km away.
