The villa is located within the Baan Kata Villas development that was designed and constructed by Mom Tri. On the lower level, there are two ensuite guest bedrooms, one of which has both a shower and a bathtub, and connects to a separate exercise room, while the other bedroom has a shower stall. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of an open air hallway and have their own entrances and outdoor patios.

Lastly, there is a full garage, with plenty of storage space. The maid's quarters (bedroom and bath) are adjacent to the garage.
