The living area opens out to a spacious verandah and sun deck, which offers casual out door dining as well as a state of the art 6-person Jacuzzi which has recently been installed at the southern end of the verandah. A private gate provides direct access to a white sandy beach.

There is a protective reef in front of Milord with good swimming available to both the right and left of the house.
