The outdoor terrace, boasting spectacular views of the Mediterranean, is perfect for alfresco dining. There is also a BBQ area and sun loungers. It is within easy reach to the train station, linking the airport and other major coastal towns, shops and restaurants. Puerto Banus, Marbella, Gibraltar and Mijas village are all within easy reach, with many golf courses nearby. Bedroom 3: Two single beds with fully fitted wardrobes. Apartment: Double bed and two single beds. Bathroom 3: Shower, WC and basin. Bathroom 4 (Apartment): Shower, WC and basin. There is a large lounge with 3 seater sofa, two armchairs and coffee table. Adjoining dining area seating 6 people. Sliding doors leading to outside terrace. The facilities include satellite TV, DVD, sound system and open fireplace. There is a separate apartment for group bookings of over 7 people. The property is non-smoking inside. Fully air conditioned/heating throughout. This villa is ideally situated for family and golfing holidays. The large gardens are totally contained and safe making it fantastic for children. It is situated close to Torremuelle train station so you can travel far and wide, or just to and from the airport for approximately 2 Euros each instead of a taxi. There is a supermarket, restaurant, bar and various other shops within 5-10 minutes walk. The villa is situated in large established private gardens with trees, flowering shrubs and attractive night lighting. There is a large private swimming pool and jacuzzi with areas for barbecue, dining, reading, playing or sunbathing. The terrace is a fantastic area for alfresco dining with views to the Mediterranean. A large communal swimming pool and tennis courts are under 5 minutes walk from the property. A beautiful stretch of the Benalmadena beach is within walking distance from the Villa. There are around 70 golf courses on the 'Costa Del Golf' which can be played all year round due to the fantastic sunny and dry climate. Torrequebrada Golf Club and Benalmadena 9 hole par 3 golf course and driving range are 5 minutes drive away. There are several golf courses including Valderrama, Sotogrande, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Cala, Mijas, San Roque, Monte Mayor, to name but a few, that are all within an easy drive. Malaga airport is approximately 20 minutes by car/taxi (15km). Torremuelle train station is a 5 minute walk from the Villa and it goes between Malaga and Fuengirola with stops along the way. This is an efficient and easy service to use. Local taxis are available and come within minutes. Tivoli World Amusement Park and a Friday market are both in Benalmadena Arroya which is easily accessible by train from Torremuelle. The cable car at Tivoli World takes you up to the mountain top of Calamorro (724 meters). Malaga City (the birthplace of Pablo Picasso) is just 20km away. Other attractions in and around the area include Selwo Sea Life Aquarium, Paloma Park, Mijas Aqua Park, Torremolinos Aqua Park, Go-Karting and Fuengirola Zoo. Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cardoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gilbraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.

The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Paddy says: "Villa Andreas in Torremuelle is billed as a luxury villa with a number of appealing aspects. Albeit we did in the end, have a very good time in a lovely property, the advert is misleading. Air con throughout is actually a system that automatically switches off after 3 hours, so all rooms are. Humid by early morning when you want to sleep in. The advert stated there was a jacuzzi there was but it had not worked for over a year ( the owner said he did not realise the jacuzzi was till in the advert when I spoke to him on day one). The advert states satellite TV but it only receives 4 news channels, not exactly what young kids want to watch. The villa is very nice and in a good location, but the owner has to sort out the electrics. We had to call out the contact man 5 times on the first dY/night. He is actually the pool man, who was fantastic and kept finding ways to get round all the fuses blowing, although we could never put the air con on in the apartment without blowing the main fuse box. You have to be very selec tive about what electrics you have on. Dont put the pool side lights on in the evening until after you have finished using the oven! My party had both the villa and the apartment and I had to call the owner on day one to get him to purchase enough chairs so that we could all sit down to eat together. auto, the pool man was allowed to buy them the following day. Billed as a luxury villa you do expect the crockery and utensils to be sufficient for 6/10 people. They were not. The plates were from a jumble sale and none of them fitted into the dish washer! Sme local information booklet would be useful, took agres to find a decent supermarket after trying loads. they should be recommended. Advert misleading, a number of niggles but a good time was had by all. "
