The groundfloor apartment is situated directly at the big pool. It consists of several rooms: big dining / living room, 1 sleeping room, office, store room, kitchen, big bath and guest toilet. The rooms are tastefully furnished with modern and antique furniture. There is no direct sunshine on the walls hence the rooms are cooler than average in Thailand. Living and sleeping room have air-condition.

All other amenities: Tenniscourt, cable-TV, Internet (pay separately). The apartment offers high value for people who do not want to live permanently in a sleeping room but need a living room. It is best suited for a peace-seeking couple.

Please note that there is only 1 sleeping room with a kingsize bed.
