2001 61' GWALTNEY CUSTOM CAROLINA “ABSOLUT PLEASURE” was the last boat by Steve Gwaltney and was finished by some of the best craftsman in North Carolina. The over-attention to detail throughout make this 61 GWALTNEY a very special boat. 

The initial construction of \"ABSOLUT PLEASURE\" included the addition of an extra layer of fiberglass to account for the additional speed. The forefoot was extended slightly to improve ride. There is a very high level fit and finish on the interior, including a \"figured or curly\" cherry wood hand picked from the Allegheny Mountains of Pennsylvania. The fairing on the exterior was contracted to 2 former Palmer Johnson employees with \"Mega\" yacht experience.
