Opis:

Our client is looking to recruit an Accounts Manager to provide ongoing accounting services to their clients from a technical and reviewing perspective. The client support includes budget, compliance, tax work and ad hoc reporting as required. The role also includes the review of externally prepared accounts.

Experience in real estate structures would be ideal, particularly in relation to rent fee calculations, service charges, VAT and working with property manager reporting. Ideally the successful candidate will also have experience gained within a trust company accounts department.

A Qualified Accountant with IFRS experience is a pre requisite.

Candidates must be classified as ‘Entitled’ or ‘Entitled to Work’ under the Jersey Control of Housing & Work Law.
